Role-Based Case Management

IntelServe uses a role-based access structure to ensure each user interacts only with the information relevant to their responsibility, improving security and operational clarity.

Admin / Case Manager

Admins and Case Managers have complete oversight of operations. They are responsible for creating cases, assigning them to the appropriate team members, managing users, and monitoring case progress across the organization. Admins can add users to the team, including Process Servers and Field Agents. This feature is available for plans that support team management and is not included in the Standard Plan.

Process Server

Process Servers access only the cases assigned to them. They manage service attempts, perform GPS check-ins, update case status, and generate affidavits directly from the system.

Client

Clients can securely log in to view their cases, monitor progress, and download case-related documents, ensuring transparency without compromising internal workflows.

Secure Login & Access Control

IntelServe provides a secure login system for all user roles. Access is controlled based on permissions, ensuring sensitive legal and investigation data remains protected. Each action performed inside the system is recorded, creating a reliable audit trail for compliance and accountability.

Creating a Process Server Case

The Case Management System allows Admins and Case Managers to create Process Server cases through a structured case intake process.During case creation, users complete a case form that captures all required service details. Server information can be added, and supporting documents such as court papers and instructions can be uploaded securely. Once the case is created, it can be assigned to a specific Process Server, making it immediately available in their dashboard.This structured approach ensures that Process Servers receive complete and accurate information before attempting service.

Automated Affidavit Generation

Once a case is marked as served or a service attempt is recorded as failed, IntelServe automatically generates the corresponding affidavit. These affidavits are created using verified case data, including timestamps, GPS locations, and attempt details.The generated affidavits follow court-ready formatting and can be downloaded or printed instantly, eliminating manual document preparation and reducing the risk of errors.

User Profile Management

Each user can manage their profile directly within IntelServe. This includes uploading a profile image, updating personal details, and changing passwords securely. Profile management ensures that user information remains current and secure across the platform.

Creating a Private Investigation Case

IntelServe also supports Private Investigation case management using the same structured and secure system.

Admins and Case Managers can create Private Investigation cases by completing a case form and uploading relevant documents. Investigation subjects can be added to the case, allowing teams to maintain organized records throughout the investigation.

Once created, cases can be assigned to Field Agents, enabling controlled access and clear accountability for investigation activities.
